Refund policy
At La SEMA, every piece is crafted with care and shipped with intention. We stand behind the quality of each bag and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, visit our withdrawal page at https://bylasema.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract and submit your request. Your withdrawal takes effect immediately upon confirmation. We will acknowledge your request by email without delay.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, gift cards, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@bylasema.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as La SEMA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@bylasema.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@bylasema.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
