We want you to be completely satisfied with your La SEMA purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and personalized items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@bylasema.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@bylasema.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
