How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@bylasema.com.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@bylasema.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@bylasema.com to initiate a return.
Can I cancel or withdraw from my order (EU customers)?
Yes. As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Simply visit our Right of Withdrawal page and submit your request with one click. Your withdrawal takes effect immediately and you will receive an email confirmation.
